These terms govern your use of this site.
All written and visual content is our intellectual property unless someone else is credited.
You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions for commercial purposes.
Pricing, availability, and product information are provided as accurately as we can manage but may be updated or corrected at any time; the price you see when you confirm an order is the price you pay.
We may decline service for any reasonable cause, including out-of-stock items or suspected misuse, and will refund any payment in full.
Our liability for defects is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the item itself.
Statutory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
Any disputes are subject to the courts of the country in which we are registered.
You can be injured bouldering even when everything is set up correctly and you do everything right. Falls are part of the sport. Our mats, our briefing, and our setting reduce the risk; they do not remove it. By climbing here you accept that.
Climb within what you can control. Down-climb when you are tired rather than dropping from the top. If a hold spins or a mat gap opens up, tell staff before your next attempt rather than after.
Walls come out of service for resetting on a rolling schedule. We publish the schedule but a section can close at short notice if a hold fails or a panel needs work. Day passes are not refunded for a partial closure, but we will extend them to another day.
Climbers under eighteen need a form signed by a parent or guardian. Under-14s must have an adult in the bouldering area at all times, watching — not in the café.
These terms are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance for any dispute.
Coached sessions are booked in blocks. Cancel more than twenty-four hours ahead and the session moves; cancel later and it is used, because the coach has already given up the slot.
When the wall layout, the pass structure, or the waiver changes, these terms change with them. The revised text and its effective date appear on this page; continuing to use the site after that date means you accept them.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest keeps working. Nothing here is intended to remove a right you have under Japanese consumer law, and where a clause would do that, it is read narrowly instead.

A day pass covers entry and shoe hire for that day only, and is not transferable. Shoes are checked between hires but they are hire shoes — if a pair feels wrong, swap them at the desk rather than climbing in them.
Chalk is allowed, loose chalk is not, and we sell the kind we permit at the desk. Brushes on the wall belong to the gym; taking one home is theft, however small it seems.
We are responsible for maintaining the walls, the mats, and the briefing. We are not responsible for injuries that come from climbing beyond your ability, ignoring a warning, or landing badly — those are the risks the sport carries and the waiver records that you understood them.
Personal property left in the changing area is your own responsibility. Lockers are available and we recommend using them.
